The location is great with many restaurants just down the road. The area is very diverse with plenty of shopping options. The communal areas are well-maintained and the rooms are clean with tea/coffee facilities and free WiFi. The staff is welcoming and accommodating, trying to fulfill guests' requests.
Some rooms require modernization and could use a refresh.

The hotel had a very friendly atmosphere and the staff were helpful. The room was clean and warm, and the bed was comfortable. We were really surprised to find a single room, not always easy to come by. The convenient location of the hotel meant that there were plenty of restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. we enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered off-road parking, making it convenient for us to bring our own vehicle.
Can't fault anything about it.

This hotel is conveniently close to a bus stop, making it easy to access many locations like Richmond, Kew Gardens, and the River Thames. The staff provided a warm welcome and the rooms had clean bedding and towels that smelled of Lenor Fresh. The breakfast included was delicious and there was even an easy-to-use toaster.
No specific improvements needed - all was great!
